  1. tbenefi33,

Yes… but the real-time tracking really is the feature that makes the Zoombak. Still, we’re trying to get a device into the lab that has the same real-time tracking feature, but NO monthly bill… stay tuned!

I put one on my bike, in case it gets stolen. I’ve had 18 bikes stolen, 8 in San Francisco alone.

  4. i have a question guys, what about the GPS on cellphones do they need internet to work?what if i have already the maps on installed on the cellphone the gps sends the signal to the satellite and comes back gives me my position……and?what?do i need internet for a satellite signal?

First you need to make sure your cell phone has GPS capabilities and is Java enabled to be able to program the GPS software into it. (exception: iphone can be used to transmit its position to anyone on the internet that has its permission). Your phone has to have Unlimited Data Internet service to transmit the GPS info to any computer you want via a the GPS website on the internet. We have a GPS phone (real time) thats very affordable.

Dog is like WTF YOU LOOKING AT?? 5.09

  7. well My sisters bike got stolen and it had lo jack which is like the best gps you can get because police will personally monitor it but really bike thieves know about it and I’d say 50% of the time they will have your locator (whatever brand it is) found and discarded withing a few hours.

  8. at you :) LOL LOL
it is super star in past

  9. i bougth mine in ebay for 39.00 s&h nice huh!! and am tracking my wife!!….

  10. I hope there isn’t an easily obtainable detector/meter that can detect where the GPS signal is being transmitted from an item and then in theory be removed if it is hidden before it is successfully detained? ta4posting :)

  11. 5:37 , Track a fat cat, pigs , horses, cows !! Ha Ha WTF

  12. Do you know if can I only activate the service if I need it.
Per example. I hide the zoomback in my car, And i keep it constantly charge. My car gets stolen. I want to do the monthly payment so I find out where is located.

In other words, can I only do the monthly payment if I need it?

  13. crissb,

Hmmm… I don’t think so. It’s not really designed for that. I mean, you COULD use it in that fashion, but do you really want to risk that they’ll not be able to activate the device fast enough if your car was stolen?

    Peace,
    Fr. Robert

  14. cool review, i wonder, are there any other tracking devices, where you pay only once for the device, then you can track all you want without monthly payments ? some people like to purchase more than 1 device to keep track of their children in different schools or areas. thanks.

  15. How do u install the GPS to the computer?

  16. anthonyhasaliby on October 17th, 2009 at 9:11 am

lol he said if u have something practical that legal (then opens his eyes widely) haha

  17. I have a device that I sell that comes with a limited number of “pings”. You can always recharge the pings, but you don’t have a monthly bill.
So if your car gets stolen or you have an occasional need to find out where your car is, it simply goes against your 500 pre-purchased pings. It works pretty slick. It also works as a historical log. You can simply remove the unit and plug it into your computer and see where the unit has been.

  18. anthonyhasaliby,

    I don’t know what you’re talking about… :) (lol)

    Dont buy ZOOMBAK!!
Zoombak make money off the suffering of thier employees! Workers For Justice have just learned that our friends at Zoombak have totally destroyed one of its employees! the former employee had a crippling stroke due to pressure and Zoombak made him redundant whilst he was still in hospital and cancelled all his benefits and paid him nothing! this guys is destroyed!
